Draw the H-R diagram on a regular-size sheet of paper. Include the various Luminosity Classes and mark where the Sun is. Use all of the axes (for example Temperature) that are shown in the book/slides. Be creative.
Roughly mark the positions on the diagram of the stars Sirius, Betelgeuse, Procyon, and the three stars forming the asterism of the Summer Triangle. You can use Wikipedia (or any other reasonable resource) to get information about these objects. If any of the names pertain to more than one star, mark all on the diagram.
